What we collect

To process a rental we collect your name, contact details, driver's license and insurance documents, e-signature, and payment information (handled by our payment processor, Stripe — we never store full card numbers).

How we use it

Solely to fulfill your booking: verifying eligibility, processing payment and deposits, preparing the rental agreement, and contacting you about your reservation.

Document retention

License and insurance scans are stored privately with restricted access and are automatically deleted approximately 90 days after a rental is completed.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the booking (payment, email, hosting). We do not sell your data.

Your rights

Contact us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to records we must retain for legal and accounting purposes.
